A one-day workshop aimed at experienced union delegates and workplace leaders with knowledge of CAWU’s role, structures and functions. The course is intended to develop participant’s understanding of their roles within the union; equip participants with skills for more effective involvement in the union’s democratic structures; and develop participants understanding of the CAWU’s industry bargaining and development strategies and members roles in these areas.
